When you submit a form on this site — to request Private Study, apply to an Ihsan Circle, start a conversation about Hilaq, or ask a general question — we collect the information you provide: your name, email, phone number, and message. Where an application concerns a minor student, a parent or guardian submits that information on the student's behalf.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, process applications and registrations, schedule interviews or consultations, and administer our programs. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of trusted services to run this site and our programs:

• Vercel — website hosting and privacy-friendly analytics
• Resend — email delivery for form submissions
• Google Sheets — internal record-keeping of inquiries and applications
• Stripe — payment processing for tuition and donations (Stripe never shares your full card details with us)
• Calendly — scheduling interviews and consultations
• Sanity — content management for this website

Children's information

Our Ihsan Circles program serves teenagers. We collect information about minor students only through a parent or guardian's direct submission, and only as needed to evaluate an application and administer the program.

Data retention & security

We retain inquiry and application information for as long as reasonably necessary to administer our programs and maintain records, and take reasonable measures to protect it from unauthorized access.
